PROSPX.AI · PERSONAL INJURY GROWTH PRACTICE

More of the cases you want.

We help personal injury firms attract more highly qualified leads through paid advertising, SEO, AI search visibility and websites built around what prospective clients care about. We invest in original audience research and apply those insights to your messaging, targeting and campaigns - so your marketing works toward the cases your firm wants.

We invest in our clients’ success

We fund original research to understand what matters to the people our clients want to reach. Those insights inform the campaigns, content and websites we create for them.

Strategy and execution, coordinated

The strategy and the work that follows it are run by one team, so what we learn changes what gets built and what gets spent.

Judged on lead quality, not volume

We look at which inquiries fit the cases you want and use that to steer the work. Where you share case outcomes, we follow the chain further.

50-70 qualified inquiries in a typical month

Our paid advertising generated approximately 120 inquiries in a typical month for a personal injury client, of which the client assessed 50 to 70 as qualified.

Our research

We invest in research. Our clients benefit.

We funded and designed this study to better understand how people choose a personal injury firm. We use what we learn to sharpen our clients’ messaging and guide their advertising, content and website decisions.

What makes someone choose one personal injury firm over another?

We asked people who had recently faced that decision, then looked at what personal injury firms were actually putting in front of them.

Counts reflect the headlines, subheadlines, main calls to action and section headings reviewed on 48 landing pages.

Fee or free-consultation messaging 31 of 48 pages using either message, or both
Regular case updates 0 of 48
An honest assessment of whether a case is worth pursuing 0 of 48

We use the broader research to develop messaging and campaign tests around each client’s audience and business.

What this means for your marketing

Our clients benefit when we put these insights to work: in the language their websites use, the questions their content answers, the messages their ads lead with and the landing pages prospective clients arrive on.

Website messaging

Bring the decision factors that matter into headlines, practice-area copy, reassurance and calls to action.

SEO and AEO content

Combine audience insights with search research to develop useful pages and FAQs around the questions and concerns prospective clients actually have.

Paid advertising

Use those insights to develop ad messages and landing pages, then test them against actual campaign results.

From audience research to messages worth testing

Our message simulator uses personal injury audience research to compare headlines, ad descriptions and messaging combinations. It helps us choose promising messages to test in your firm’s ads and landing pages.

Screenshot of the ProspX.ai Optimize Message Simulator. The left panel, Messages to compare, holds two personal injury messages entered for comparison. The right panel, Predicted response, names the first as the leading message with an appeal index of 78, and lists the compared messages at index 78, 78 and 73.

How the study worked

We use Optimize, a proprietary AI-driven research tool, to hear directly from the people our clients want to reach. It tests the appeal of different messages and identifies groups with different motivations - helping us understand what matters to people when they choose a firm.

For this study, 100 qualified participants each evaluated 24 combinations of 16 messages about choosing a personal injury firm. Separately, we reviewed prominent messaging on 48 personal injury landing pages.

Fuller methodology

The participant study. Fielded 7-11 April 2026. 100 qualified participants, each of whom had been in an accident or injured in the past year and had either spoken with a personal injury attorney or considered it.

Each participant evaluated 24 combinations drawn from 16 short messages, rating how likely they would be to contact a firm. The analysis identifies groups with different motivations - people who rate the same messages differently.

The landing-page review. 48 personal injury landing pages, read on 2 September 2026. We recorded the prominent messaging on each: the headline, the subheadline, the primary call to action and the main section headings. A count of 0 of 48 means the message was absent from those fields on those pages - not that it appears nowhere on those firms’ websites.

The simulator. It applies the participant study’s results to messages and combinations the study never showed as a set, and reports a predicted response for each. Those figures are model estimates drawn from the 100 participants’ ratings, not additional people surveyed. Live campaigns establish actual performance.

Both are selected samples rather than censuses. The messages shown with similar participant responses are not ranked against one another, because the differences between them are too small to support it.

What we do

Advertising, search presence and the pages your inquiries arrive through - run as one engagement.

Start with the cases, not the channel

Which cases you want more of, which you would rather refer out, your geography, your intake, and what a case is worth to you.

Find what is in the way

Paid search structure and search-term performance. Which pages earn organic traffic and what happens next. How search and AI systems resolve your firm as an entity. The route from an ad click to a human on a phone. Who holds your domain, content, analytics and ad accounts.

Build the plan around your case mix

Where spend goes, what the pages need to say, what gets built and what we measure. SmartProspX.ai is an option where it fits - location-based audience intelligence and media activation designed around who matters to your practice and where those people spend time, run within your budget alongside the search demand you already capture.

Do the work

Campaigns, content, websites, tracking and reporting, delivered by the specialists responsible for each part and coordinated as one plan.

Measure toward signed cases

Spend to inquiry is straightforward. Inquiry to qualified lead to signed case needs your intake data; where you have it we use it to decide where spend goes next.

Connected expertise. More highly qualified leads.

Research informs the message. Search and advertising reach the right people. Content and website experience help them take the next step. Measurement shows us where to improve.

Delivered work

Work that makes a difference.

SEO and AI search audits with a practical plan for improvement

We examine how your firm is found, how clearly your website answers prospective clients’ questions, and how effectively it turns relevant interest into qualified inquiries. You receive specific recommendations for what to improve, why it matters and where to begin.

Search demand and competitive opportunities

Keyword and search-intent research tied to the practice areas, case types and locations you want to serve. Gaps in your coverage, and opportunities competitors are addressing more effectively.

Website structure and technical SEO

Whether important pages can be found and indexed, how practice-area and location content is organized, internal links, titles and descriptions, redirects, mobile usability and page performance.

Content, FAQs and audience relevance

Whether pages answer the questions prospective clients actually ask - useful FAQs, clear explanations of the legal process and next steps, and language informed by what our audience research shows matters to people choosing a firm.

AI search visibility and credibility

How your firm appears in relevant AI-generated answers, whether its information is accurate and consistent, and whether your content clearly establishes your attorneys, services and locations. Appropriate structured data is reviewed alongside the content underneath it.

Conversion and measurement

Calls to action, contact paths, landing-page relevance and tracking - and whether your marketing reporting lets you tell relevant inquiries apart from raw contact volume.

The result is a prioritized plan connecting technical fixes, content improvements and messaging opportunities to your firm’s acquisition goals.

That is the scope of our approach. In completed audits it has surfaced findings such as whether search engines and AI assistants recognize a firm, its attorneys and its offices as one organization rather than treating the firm and its founders separately, how far AI assistants’ answers vary between assistants and between runs, inconsistent firm details across a site and its profiles, and template defects affecting titles and descriptions site-wide.

Paid search built around the cases you want

The client result above, approximately 60 client-qualified inquiries a month, came from work of this kind.

We design campaigns around your preferred case types, geography and the searches that signal someone may need your services. Keyword research, campaign structure, ad copy and landing pages work together to attract relevant inquiries and make better use of your budget.

  • Keyword and search-intent research
  • Campaign and ad-group structure aligned with your services and case priorities
  • Geographic targeting and budget allocation
  • Search-term review and negative keywords, to cut spend on searches that will not produce the cases you want
  • Research-informed ad copy
  • Landing pages matched to the search and to the ad message
  • Ongoing optimization informed by lead relevance, cost per qualified inquiry and whatever case outcomes you share with us

Websites built to support acquisition

We build websites and landing pages that help the right prospective clients recognize that your firm understands their situation. Practice-area content, useful FAQs, research-informed messaging and clear next steps work together to support qualified inquiries.

Alongside that: content organized as a structure you can extend, navigation into the practice and service areas you cover, contact routes that are easy to find and use, intake connected and tracked, and infrastructure you own and can change.

CLIENT TRANSFORMATION

From a restricted platform to a website the firm controls

The challenge
This was a complex transition off a proprietary legal-marketing platform. The firm’s content and assets were not provided in a form that allowed a straightforward handover, so the rebuild had to begin by recovering and organizing the material that was available - and by planning how to protect the search investment already built into it.

The practical stakes were clear: keep the content worth keeping, carry important addresses across or redirect them correctly, keep the routes a prospective client uses to make contact working, and give the firm a replacement it could actually use.
What ProspX.ai delivered
Recovering and organizing the available content and assets. Rebuilding the website and migrating its content - 78 pages and 218 posts. Mapping URLs and implementing the redirects that went with them. Addressing technical SEO through the transition. Improving practice-area and service-area navigation, including an interactive map that lets a visitor find the area relevant to them and reach the right page. Connecting contact forms and lead routing, and configuring and verifying tracking.

Preserving the firm’s existing search investment was an objective of the migration, and the URL mapping, redirects and technical SEO work were done to support it.
What the firm can now do with ProspX.ai
Make website changes without the restrictions of the previous platform. Develop and improve practice-area and location content. Add useful FAQs and apply audience-informed messaging. Create dedicated landing pages aligned with PPC campaigns. Coordinate website improvements with SEO, AI search visibility and paid advertising. And use inquiry and campaign evidence to guide what gets improved next.

The rebuild gave the firm a foundation for ongoing improvement - with its website, search strategy and advertising managed together by ProspX.ai.

Explore the rebuild

Content recovery. Because the existing content could not simply be exported, the post library was recovered in bulk and reorganized into the new structure rather than re-keyed page by page.

URL and redirect planning. Addresses were mapped page by page before launch, so that every address that mattered either carried across or redirected to its replacement.

Quality assurance. The build was checked page by page across the full set before the firm saw it, with findings tracked and worked through rather than left to surface after launch.

Navigation and intake. Practice-area and service-area navigation was rebuilt around how a prospective client actually looks for help, with contact forms and lead routing connected and tracking configured and verified.

Counts. 78 pages and 218 posts migrated.

Your assessment

Is your marketing agency delivering what your firm needs?

Ten questions to help you review your agency’s strategy, execution and reporting. Rate what your agency actually delivers. Your answers highlight areas worth discussing with your current provider - or with us.

It takes about two minutes and asks for no contact details. Rate each one 0 if it is not delivered, 5 if it is partly delivered or inconsistently demonstrated, and 10 if it is consistently delivered with clear evidence.
